Hello Dawn, bless you (that's for the sneeze) it's better to let them out instead of trying to hold them back. I'm so sorry about your arm, yes I was going to ask you about it. I pray that you will heal quickly in the name of Jesus. I'm still in prayers for you and yours, plus others and of course the devil is always trying to discourage me. But he's not in charge, Jesus is Lord of Lord's and King of Kings. This is a very nice project. Another one to add to my list of projects I would like to make. I really LOVE Feature Friday's!! And I've really missed them. I think the binding tool she may have is called a Cinch. I guess that b/c I have one. But, rarely use it. I do use it for the six therapy books I donate each year inspired by a dear friend and High School classmate that passed away a few years ago. I agree with your comment to AmiRuth's comment that RUclips video's are hard work. Boy are they! At least they are for me. That's why I don't do many of them. But for those who may need to hear this, we are always our worst critic. So please don't give up those of you who may need to hear this. I can say I watch a lot of video's to get inspiration and just to keep myself company while I create. So I really enjoy finding new RUclips channels. I've had a few things going on in my life that has taken away from my desire to create. But, now I am creating again and love to be able to meet fellow youtubers. Huge hug to you Dawn!!! You do a lot for so many of us! I really appreciate your channel!! I had to edit this to ask...do I hear crickets in the background? LOL I'm thinking of you out in your wonderful craft space your hubby made for you. Those were fun video's to watch too. I have a few of those notebooks with recipes, cookery books with family recipes that my grand aunt from Scotland collected and used. I cherish them and actually bake some of the bread and “tea” items to keep the family recipes use going.

First of all, love this find! But what really stood out to me was the little really old looking small book in with the hand written recipe book!! What would be really cool is if you scanned the covers and maybe even the first aged inside papers and sold the scanned images as a vintage book kit.... Hint....Hint.... LOL and, WOW! Love those shaped books! They would be a great scanned kit too! :) Hugs to you!

Ohh, if the 80's are vintage, then me being born in 1960 - I must be super vintage, LoL. At least I'm not an antique, have to be 100 years and older to be an antique, at least in the material type things 😁. God bless you. Becky B

Hello Dawn, that handwritten letter was a familiar sounding thing to me, my Dad only had a 6th grade education before having to work (was from Oklahoma) and I have a letter written by him and basically needed to be ready between the lines to understand what was being said. Anyway, you got some really nice finds. And that was really great that you got to spend some good times with your daughter while she's still close. I didn't really even notice your dog's snoring. I used to have a Schnauzer/something mix, she really was a snorer and I really miss hearing that since we lost her a couple of years ago. But she'll always be in my heart. It is sad that the family didn't value it enough to keep it, but was a treasure for you! 9:32 -- "It's you know, vintage. '80's probably. Can't believe the 80's are now vintage!" -- Seriously!! 😆😄 14:20 -- "She writes the way she speaks...like reading Mark Twain." -- Nostalgic to read/hear words from the past, and appreciate the different grammar and sentance structures. 17:55 -- "Let's face it, only Jesus Christ can work that kind of miracle." -- Oh man! 😲😄 32:12 -- That amount is staggering when you adjust for inflation! That is nearly $7,500 in today's figures. 😮😮 I hope he took care of his teeth too! Such a sacrifice by his parents to spend so much on his mouth.
